Project Background
UnitedHealth Group was merging several acquired brands and product lines into one
consolidated brand (Secure Horizons) focused on offering Medicare Advantage plans
to the Medicare-eligible and caregiver communities. They needed to launch a new
website to promote the consolidation and educate their communities in a short enough
timeframe to meet the federal Medicare open enrollment timeline and to support online
application submissions. With several internal and consultative teams in place to
support the consolidation from a business and marketing perspective, they needed
assistance with web copy, usability testing, and requirements for the web content
publishing process.
The page10 Solution
page10 partnered with a team of internal and consulting organizations to provide
a thorough content assessment of existing sites and create a content strategy. From
there, page10 collaborated with cross-functional teams to create the site's information
structure and provided all web copy for the new site. Additionally, as segments
of the site were written, page10 performed low-fidelity prototype usability tests
to ensure the value of the site's copy to its intended audience. Prior to site launch,
page10 performed full scale functional usability tests and offered feedback and
recommendations to the team for current and future consideration. page10 also gathered
requirements for the content publishing process. The site launched on time and within
budget.
